You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Submitting false information, including a false date of birth, is a serious violation and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

gojackpot2 is required to verify the identity of account holders before processing withdrawals. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a standard account security requirement and is not optional.

You may be asked to submit any of the following:

• A government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, driver's licence, PhilSys national ID).
• Proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement showing your name and Philippine address).
• Additional documentation if requested during enhanced verification procedures.

KYC documents must be submitted through the account portal. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests will be held pending. gojackpot2 will not share your documents with third parties except as required by applicable law. All financial transactions on gojackpot2 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). There is no foreign currency conversion at any point in the deposit, wagering, or withdrawal process.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine bank transfer, online/mobile banking, and local e-wallet services. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods under any circumstances.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. gojackpot2 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

• Using VPNs or other methods to disguise your actual location in violation of these terms.

gojackpot2 uses technical systems and human review to monitor for unusual activity. Accounts found engaging in any prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation. Confirmed violations will result in permanent termination and forfeiture of account balances to the extent permitted by applicable law.

From time to time, gojackpot2 may offer bonuses, cashback rewards, or promotional credits to registered players. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated when the offer is made available.

General rules that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:
